We need at least two per pet: one from the front and one from the side, in good natural light with their face clearly visible. The clearer the photos and the closer to your pet's eye level, the better we can capture their expression. Feel free to send extra photos to show any special detail.

Each piece is made and hand-painted to order, so it takes about 1 month, plus international shipping time. If you need it sooner, ask us and we'll see what's possible. Once your order is confirmed, we share progress photos with you over WhatsApp.

International orders are coordinated entirely over WhatsApp. Message us with the piece you'd like, and we'll send you a quote (piece + shipping) along with the payment details to confirm your order.

Yes — we ship to the US and internationally. Shipping is quoted individually via WhatsApp depending on your country, and every piece is packed with great care for the trip.

It's a decorative hand-painted piece. Clean it with a soft, dry cloth, avoid knocks, and keep it out of the dishwasher and microwave. With a little care it will last you many, many years.

Yes. The jewelry dish comes in versions for one, two, three or four pets. We just need front and side photos of each one.
